Terms & Conditions

• Special order and bespoke items cannot be returned or refunded.
• Items that can be returned are subject to the manufacturers re stocking and carriage fees. 
• Returnable items must be in opened and in original packaging.
• No product can be returned once installed unless faulty. 
• 50% deposit is required when ordering with the balance due on or before the delivery/ installation, with certain items subject to a pro forma payment.
